LANA DURA hand-felted accessories & bags
Hand-made of Navajo-Churro wool, everything we produce is unique in color and patterning. Made with only American Navajo-Churro wool (plus hot water and friction), the bags have a natural elegance coupled with strength. Hand-washable, they are so very textural (touch them!) distinctive and joyous.
Our Pot holders & Tortillas are fun and utilitarian, the Tea-cozy insulating and beautiful, lined with poppy-red raw silk.
Lana Dura uses no dyes, only the natural colors of Navajo-Churro wool ranging from black and white through unusual browns, grays...
Coasters
Coasters -- with different designs on each side (unless you specify white) are thick Navajo-Churro wool felt, double-stitched. Great for tea/coffee/cocoa or that chilled glass. Hand-washable, sustainable wool. Specify 2/set or 4/set.

Hot pads
Hot pads are two-sided (different design on each side!) and thick heavy felt. They are parallel-seamed on the edge and fabulous for a pot-holders They are thick and absorptive and, of course, hand-washable. Fabulous unusual gifts. $26/set of 2
Tortilla pot-holders
Crafted of white or off-white Navajo-Churro wool, these are made to look just like edible Southwestern tortillas--- lots of fiber but NOT edible ! Hand-washable with brief history of Navajo-Churro sheep on the tag. $24.00/set of 2
